A little note about delivery: Our candles are shipped via GLS courier services to make sure they arrive safe and sound. The packages need a signature when they arrive which can be anytime between the hours of 8am and 6pm - although they have been known to arrive as late as 9pm depending on the time of year! And sometimes on Saturdays.
Before shipping you'll receive an email letting you know when the candles will be shipped, giving you a suggested arrival day.
As the packages need a signature when they arrive, please consider having them sent to an address where someone is available all the time. For example, your work place, your neighbour who is home all day, your local shop, your florist, your local post office or shop, your Gran's or Parcel Motel. As I am unable to pinpoint a specific time for delivery or request that it's delivered at a particular time, you could be waiting all day for the package to arrive. The couriers decide their routes in the morning and that's the plan for the day. If you have to pop out for five minutes, we all know how Murphy's Law works, that's the exact time he will arrive. :-)
A contact telephone number must be provided in case the courier need directions. And an Eircode is priceless. Both of these help avoid delays.
Deliveries are nearly always made the day after shipping in the 26 counties, however, it may take two days depending on the time of year.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland may take two to three days, up to five days for the UK Mainland and up to 10 days to Europe.
Damaged Candles: It seldom occurs with my super duper packaging skills and my custom made shipping boxes but sometimes, on a very rare occasion, candles may be damaged in transit. (The last mishap was January 2015). I will cover the cost of a new set of candles if they arrive damaged to you on the first attempt to deliver, provided it is reported within 24 hours of receiving the candles. If a package is returned to the depot due to a failed delivery attempt, (ie no one was available to accept the package) and they arrive to you damaged the following day, candles will not be replaced under any circumstances. I update every customer with shipping information so the day of arrival is not a surprise.

For deliveries to the USA, Canada and Australia, we ship by An Post's Registered mail, which is a premium secure delivery service offering a track & trace delivery, or via GLS Global Business Parcel service.
*European Delivery Info: For deliveries to the following European destinations, delivery rates are higher than those listed for Europe (in the Fee Schedule above) due to surcharges imposed by our delivery provider. Please contact us BEFORE you order for delivery to any of these areas. If you order without advising us first, we will contact you to advise of this policy and your order will not be shipped until the surcharge is paid. Islands/areas included are: Azores; Balaeran; Canary Islands; Corsica; Cyprus; Greece; Madeira; Malta; San Marino; and Turkey.
