PRODUCT DETAILS

We do our very best to portray our items accurately but slight variations may occur. All measurements are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as possible. By submitting your order you accept these facts.

CANDLE CARE

Candles should not be subjected to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.  Temperature fluctuation can create condensation which can damage the text and images. We always recommend they be stored or displayed within the home and out of direct sunlight.  Contact with liquid will damage the print on the candles. NEVER LEAVE LIGHTING CANDLES UNATTENDED.  

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. Where an order is accepted but the product is not available we will contact you as soon as possible via email or by telephone. You will be offered a full refund or the option to wait until the product is back in stock.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made using the options available when you checkout through PayPal. Payment is subject to the terms and conditions set by PayPal. You can be assured that you can shop with us safely. We do not hold or store your card details. Payments via Bank Transfer.  Please get in touch if you would prefer to make a bank transfer rather than use Paypal. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to reach your account. 

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At WeddingCandles.ie we hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss.  info@weddingcandles.ie  or lynda@weddingcandles.ie

We will accept responsibility for any damaged candles reported within 24 hours of delivery.  Beyond the 24 hours, we will not accept any responsibility for damaged or broken candles. 

We use a tracked service with An Post .    In the cases where An Post was unable to deliver your package, (ie there is no one home to accept the package), and the package has to be stored for any length at the sorting office, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during this time.

Unsuccessful deliveries* will be stored at the sorting office for a number of days before being returned to us. The shipping fee will apply to resend the package to you.

(* i.e. there is no one available at the address when An Post attempted to deliver your package)

 

DESIGN PROOFS

The purpose of the design proof is to ensure that mistakes are rectified before any work is carried out on the candles.  We do our utmost to ensure that you receive the proof just as it should be based on the information you provided in your order,  however, mistakes do happen.  The great thing about finding the mistakes at the proof stage is that it is easily fixed.  However, once approved and the candles are completed, we are unable to take responsibility for any spelling mistakes, typos, missing punctuation, fadas etc.   If a replacement candle is necessary the cost of the candle will apply for the additional work and shipping.   Please check the proofs carefully before approving.

Where a Design Proof has been emailed and approved by the client, the request for changes is at Lynda’s discretion.   If work has already begun, or the candles are already made,  changes requested will incur a cost. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order, before a design proof has been issued, to receive a full refund.  However, if an order is cancelled after a design proof has been produced, a 40% charge will apply.
